JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (100% Office Based)
START: Immediately
PAY: 112 to 135 per day (DOE)
LOCATION: Sutton Coldfield
DURATION: Temporary contract (Ongoing)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Providing efficient support to the Company Director
- Arranging and coordinating meetings
- Reviewing and reporting on sensitive information
- Producing detailed meeting agendas and circulating follow up meeting notes to attendees
- Recording thorough minutes during meetings
- Diary management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous PA/EA experience is essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Able to prioritise tasks, meeting simultaneous tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced and proficient user of MS Office: Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Strong ability to work independently
