Your new role
Working as an Office Administrator you will be responsible for the following
- Ensure the effective administration and monitoring of the Time and Attendance system and the accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR information
- Effectively manage the recruitment administration for Home based positions including the issuing of new starter documentation in line with regulatory, statutory, legal and requirements e.g. DBS, Right to Work, NMC
- Ensure that all personal information is updated, maintained and recorded in accordance with regulatory, statutory, legal requirements
- Undertake effective administration including finance, admissions and monitoring of all accounts
- Prepare management information and other reports as requested by both the Manager and Support Office to enable the effective management of the site
You'll have a can-do attitude and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels. You'll be a confident administrator with good IT skills.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start ASAP, hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 1 hour for lunch. Hourly rate is £12.14 - £12.69 dependent upon experience. Please note - an enhanced DBS check will be processed as part of the on-boarding. This is an office-based role.
