Xpert Resourcing is working with a growing Manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Ely who has an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team on a 6 month contract with a possibility of further opportunities. The role is to support the Learning and Development Manager to coordinate staff training.
The ideal candidate will have solid Administration experience working within a busy environment. Previous experience within a similar role is an advantage.
Duties will include:
- Booking training courses
- Managing queries relating to queries
- Updating employee records
- Co-ordinating training requirements including any travel arrangements
- Maintaining training records for all members of staff
Experience/skills required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and data accurate
- Highly organised
- Computer Literate
- Experience in using LMS or HRS system would be an advantage
- Confidential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours
Hybrid Working - 3 days in office and 2 days remote
