Avocet Commercial Careers are working with the first B Corp law firm in the South West who has an exceptional reputation for creating a positive impact on its clients and their community and is looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their Truro office.
As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks to support the effective day-to-day running of the office.
Duties include:
- Overseeing the office diary management on a day-to-day basis
- Taking ownership of the company meeting rooms including booking out and ensuring they are correctly set up at all times
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors to ensure office supplies are fully stocked at all times
- Being the first point of contact for First Aid and Fire Marshall duties (full training given)
- Various general administration tasks
