This construction company is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. They are a well-established business that offers great progression and benefits.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administration support to one of the project teams within the business. This includes booking training for engineers and ensuring that they have all the relevant training courses completed before going on site. You will also be booking accommodation for engineers when they are staying overnight close to site and pre-booking these ahead of time too. You will also be responsible for supporting with filing reports correctly and to provide admin support to other project managers.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within administration will help you succeed in this role. You are highly organised with excellent attention to detail and you have great communication skills, both written and verbal. You are confident in your ability and can confidentially liaise with varying levels of the business. You're IT literate and have experience using MS Office including Excel, Outlook and Teams.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a great salary of 25,000 and will also have access to some great benefits including hybrid working. The office operates a hybrid policy where you will work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. You will also be able to get to their office in Stockport which is accessible via car and public transport. They also have free parking.
