Overview: We're looking for a hard-working and self-motivated
Office Administrator and Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, possess a great attention to detail and confidence to work alone with a team. This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Duties and Responsibilities: - Validate data into the service database with great speed & accuracy
- Ensure and verify the data before it is entered & processed
- Respond to the customer’s enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with scheduling meetings and minute taking
- Perform duties such as scanning, faxing, filing
- Maintain records ensuing files are updated
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail
- High school diploma required
- Good computer knowledge and skills
- Must have 1+ years Data Entry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Enjoy new challenges and working in a fast-paced busy environment
