Office Coordinator
Monday - Friday
40 hours per week - hours are flexible around this.
£30,000 per annum - £35,000 per annum.
As an Office Coordinator, your role is vital to ensure a smooth operation of the head office in Crawley.
Key Duties:
- Provide executive support to directors and the senior management team including managing calendars, diaries, arranging meetings and handling confidential correspondence
- Act as a point of contact between directors and internal/external stakeholders
- Being the first point of contact over the phone and directing telephone calls
- Managing mail, deliveries and monitoring multiple email accounts
- Responsible for building and asset maintenance
- Managing stock of stationary, kitchen supplies, first aid and cleaning materials
- Maintain general filing systems both electronic and manual
- Act as a fire warden assistant and first aid representative maintaining weekly fire alarm schedules
- Undertake special projects and tasks as directed by the directors
Experience required:
- Strong administration experience
- EA/PA experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised, being able to handle multiple projects at one time
