Job description

Office Coordinator

Monday - Friday

40 hours per week - hours are flexible around this.

£30,000 per annum - £35,000 per annum.

As an Office Coordinator, your role is vital to ensure a smooth operation of the head office in Crawley.

Key Duties:

  • Provide executive support to directors and the senior management team including managing calendars, diaries, arranging meetings and handling confidential correspondence
  • Act as a point of contact between directors and internal/external stakeholders
  • Being the first point of contact over the phone and directing telephone calls
  • Managing mail, deliveries and monitoring multiple email accounts
  • Responsible for building and asset maintenance
  • Managing stock of stationary, kitchen supplies, first aid and cleaning materials
  • Maintain general filing systems both electronic and manual
  • Act as a fire warden assistant and first aid representative maintaining weekly fire alarm schedules
  • Undertake special projects and tasks as directed by the directors

Experience required:

  • Strong administration experience
  • EA/PA experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised, being able to handle multiple projects at one time
