Are you a proactive, versatile and capable Administrator looking for a new opportunity where you can apply your skills? Our client, a leading, growing international business within the financial sector, is looking for a dynamic and flexible Administrator to join their team on a maternity contract basis. Primarily based out of the Haywards Heath site, this role also provides support to the London office and so the successful candidate must be able to commute to London approximately two days a week (travel expenses will be covered). The role consists of: Assisting the Business Development & Marketing Director with the preparation of all marketing materials (emails, presentations, adverts, brochures etc), website and management of corporate events. Ensuring brand guidelines are followed and marketing budget reports are monitored. Updating and utilising the CRM database. You will be the principal point of contact for database support with the external IT provider Supporting the Business Development, Legal and Underwriting teams with administration tasks including new business searches and the creation of reports. Facilities management for all aspects of the London office, including acting as the main point of contact for vendors and landlords. Managing Health & Safety for the company, reporting to senior management Strong IT skills (including database management) as well as confident written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role.
