The Talent Set is thrilled to be working with a leading health organisation as they search for a Digital Coordinator to support them on an 18-month fixed-term contract. They are seeking a dedicated individual to support them on an exciting project, where you will aid in the rebuild and re-platform of their website.
You'll collaborate with content owners to analyse and craft user-centric top-quality content, while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the current site and addressing user needs during project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting user-centric top-quality digital content for our websites and intranet.
- Editing copy and guiding colleagues on digital formats and channels.
- Ensuring adherence to style and brand guidelines for consistency.
- Cultivating strong relationships with content editors, collaborating with them and planning ahead.
- Assuming ownership of select CMS and content procedures and spearheading process enhancements.
- Addressing customer service enquiries.
- Contributing to and aiding in the enhancement of our sites, in collaboration with our technical digital agency.
- Assisting in user research, usability testing, UAT testing, and content migrations.
- Utilising Google Analytics and other tools to gauge performance, offer recommendations, and enhance user experience.
- Providing training to colleagues and promoting best practices and digital innovation.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team and contributing to impactful digital marketing campaigns.
- Providing administrative assistance to the Digital Home Project when necessary.
Person Specification:
- Proficiency in digital content creation and SEO best practices.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of branding principles.
- A genuine enthusiasm for digital platforms and enhancing user experience.
- Prior experience with a CMS system.
- Strong digital literacy and aptitude for on-the-job learning.
- Experience utilising Google Analytics for analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
- Experience with supplementary analytics tools beyond GA (e.g., Hotjar), collaborative platforms (e.g., monday), and MS Office 365 would be advantageous.
What’s on offer:
This is full-time role paying a salary of £26,000 - £33,000 for the successful candidate. This opportunity is offered on a hybrid basis, with travel to the charity’s London office twice per-week.
