JOB TITLE: Office Coordinator

COMPANY: Public Relations & Communications Consultancy

CONTRACT: Permanent / PART TIME

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am-13:00pm (22.5 hours)

START: ASAP

SALARY: 24,000pa - 30,000 pa (Pro Rata 14,400- 18,000)

LOCATION: Farringdon- right next to the tube station!

  • Stocking kitchens and stationary cupboards and keeping them in order
  • Booking couriers, collecting and distributing post
  • Management of newspaper/magazine subscriptions and renewals
  • Management of external contracts responsible for IT services, office supplies and housekeeping
  • Providing administrative assistance, booking travel, arranging client gifts, etc

Is this you?

  • Be a strong problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Have strong IT skills, experienced Mac user is a plus
  • Have good interpersonal and people skills
  • Have good attention to detail and precision
  • Be confident and calm under pressure
  • Be organised and efficient
  • Be well-organised and able to pick up tasks quickly
