Duties:
- You will be working as an Office Coordinator, ensuring the smooth run of the day-to-day
- Inbox and diary management
- Scheduling meeting rooms for employees and guests
- Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Ad-hoc tasks including ordering office lunches and monitoring stationary.
Is this you?
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Systems, including Excel.
- First class verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use your initiative and think on your feet
- Excellent organisational skills
- Polite and professional individual
