Thriving talent company specialising in the tech market are looking for an Operations Assistant / Office Manager to keep their office running perfectly! 

They need a superstar to support the operations manager with variety of things such as:

• The smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis

• Document control and records management 

• Prepare terms of business for new clients 

• Book international flights and accommodation for company partners 

• Prepare reports for the wider team

• Keep track of office stock/ reorders

• Pay invoices

• Processing expenses 

• Team support

• Assistance with HR, events, internal recruitment, IT

Requirements for this Office Manager role:

• Confident using word, excel and powerpoint & googlesuite

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work

• Team player

• Emotional intelligence

• Confident problem solver

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Enthusiasm and optimism
