A supportive, friendly environment to work in.Office Manager (Commercial & Operational Support) - Requirements Experience as a strong Administrator, Executive Assistant 5 years + experience within a forward thinking, fast paced work environment ideally with a lab/ science based business or modern manufacturing / engineering environment. Excellent influencing and communication skills across a wide range of levels and skill sets High level of proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) but also project / diary / meeting management tools. Strong multitasking and organisational skills with the ability to adapt to an evolving situation with professionalism and a cool head. Able to recognise the need for confidentiality, integrity and resilience. High standards of work with good attention to detail and able to work effectively to deadlines.Office Manager (Commercial & Operational Support) - Responsibilities Facilitating the daily operation of the office including scheduling meetings and travel, while supporting the function of the Finance and HR activities. Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications for the business, including email, post, phone and face to face. Maintaining office records and filing systems for the business both electronic and physical Managing the procurement and storage of office supplies. Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of staff. Developing office policies and procedures to ensure the efficient running of the business. Facilities management of the premises, co-ordinating repairs, deliveries as needed.
