We have taken on a great opportunity for an Office Manager to step into a newly created role at a reputable private equity firm.
They are looking for someone to join their friendly and growing team of approx. 70, to be a lynchpin for the office. Culturally it’s a hardworking but friendly environment, everyone mucks in and there is a very collaborative feel.
No two days will be the same and they said to ‘expect the unexpected’ with this role, which will keep it exciting. The pace is fast and things are always changing – so they’re looking for someone who likes to be busy
THE OM ROLE:
- Management of two receptionists and overseeing of meeting rooms and visitor experience
- Management of health and safety
- Becoming first port of call for all building and office related issues
- Overseeing relationships with office suppliers
- Responsibility for part of the office budget
- Heavy involvement in staff engagement and events for the London team
- Becoming the lead for new joiner onboarding
- Working with HR and payroll
- Ad-hoc support for global projects e.g. annual offsite
