an award-winning Entertainment company with offices all over the globe is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join their team in London.
This is a brand new role offering a depth of variety within a business that really supports development and values their employees. As the Office Manager you will support the delivery of facilities and office management across all UK divisions and will work collaboratively across Events, HR, People Operations, Health and Safety and Marketing.
You will be offered an annual salary of up to £45,000 + yearly salary reviews and an annual bonus.
Key responsibilities:
- Day to day management of a team of 3
- Manage effective space utilisation and oversee all internal moves
- Plan and co-ordinate production set-ups and shut downs;
- Conduct daily and weekly office checks in order to maintain highest
possible standard of office presentation and provide design solutions - Oversee security and cleaning teams
- Manage existing service contractors including catering, building maintenance, hospitality,
etc. - Manage Operations staff rotas and make sure that cover is always in place
- Oversee content of the intranet is up to date and accurate
- Assist with Health and Safety throughout the Company: ensure
and monitor compliance with Health and Safety Regulations; conduct risk assessments - Coordinate the work experience programme
- Coordinate new starters’ process with IT
- Coordinate monthly staff drinks
- Coordinate any other events such screenings and charity events
Key requirements:
- Minimum five years experience in a similar role and a love for the Entertainment industry
- Proven record of office and facilities management
- Experience in managing Health and Safety, ideally with IOSH accreditation
- Experience in event management
- Ability to manage all staff’s expectations
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience in managing junior staff
