A successful cosmetics company near Aintree, is looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to support COO, as the business is expanding rapidly. Applicants must have recent experience working in a similar Office Manager role, preferably within a small business. As this role will be stand alone, you must be hands on, as you will be working on multiple projects, across various departments whilst supporting the COO.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing all administrative and customer service functions, whilst overseeing day-to-day activities
Coordinate and implement office policies and procedures to all staff
Supporting COO with all communications across IT, Digital Marketing, Distribution and Customer Service departments.
Daily updates with Digital Consultant on website progress, covering promotions, ROI and data analysis results
Maintaining and updating customer database
Emailing potential customers & suppliers on a daily basis
Ensure orders are raised in a timely and accurate manner
Managing all confidential information and emails
Compiling all emails and letters for the COO
Supporting stock control processes working closely with warehouse staff
Dealing with complaint handling and escalation
Create/maintain open order/outstanding reports using excel
Act as a liaison between various departments ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
Keep the team informed about important updates and changes
Processing customer invoices, liaising with external bookkeeper on a weekly basis
Liaising with digital agency to support growth of online retail sales
Resolve escalated customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services
Working to a monthly work plan alongside the COO
Adhoc admin projects when required
Skills Required:
Must have previous experience in office management or a senior admin role within a small business (essential)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Knowledge of Spotify would be desirable
Good team player
Able to roll your sleeves up and be hands on is essential

Salary £26k, may be negotiable (depending on experience)
Office based role – Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 4pm finish
