We have an excellent opportunity for an Office Manager/Personal assistant.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Handle business correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEX.IO team.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptably.
- Providing general administration support to the wider Executive team.
- First point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees working from the office and coordination office-related requests from remote employees.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events to be held in the office.
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices for payment.
- Manage real estate office and equipment-related matters.
- Negotiate with vendors and procure required equipment including office supplies, IT laptop-related equipment, etc.
- Support to company operations and internal communications within the UK location.
- General administration support to the whole team in all aspects including documentation management, organization of regular company events for the company partners and potential clients, etc.
- Driving a positive workplace culture
To keep this role you will need:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident user of Google workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to manage workload across a wide range of activities.
- High level of customer service.
