About the Role:
We're seeking an Office Manager for a 1 year FTC with a leading global trading and investment company. This role is central to managing office relocation projects across Europe, offering a unique challenge to showcase your skills in project and office management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities to the chosen Office Manager:
- Lead the technical and logistical aspects of office relocations.
- Coordinate closely with project management firms and internal teams.
- Facilitate the approval process for asset management and office regulations.
- Manage facilities and project budgets effectively.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in office relocations and management.
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
