GBP20 per hour Office ManagerPart Time 20 Hours Per Week

Your new role

  • Office Assistant (Office Manager) - 12 month temp then will go perm.
  • Part-time 09:00 - 13:00 or 10:00 - 14:00 5 days per week Flexibility needed.
  • Based in Kings Cross.
  • 2 stage interview process.
  • Start date ASAP.
What you'll need to succeed
  • You MUST have strong previous Office Manager experience!
  • Need someone to run all the day-to-day tasks that come up
  • Ordering all office supplies and stationary as required and maintaining useful stock levels
  • Work with the wider operations team to establish and maintain office procedures and working practices
  • Work with the business to ensure that knowledge quarter collaborations are maintained
  • Meeting room booking and shared calendar management
  • Previous experience of working in a large pharma organisation is beneficial.
  • Provide support to submit employee expenses
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Raise purchase orders as required
