Key Tasks will include:
Scheduling teams of engineers on day-to-day appointments
Raising Invoices within accounts package
Raising of Jobs within bespoke CRM engineers software
Ordering and maintaining stock for internal warehouse
Creation of Quotations following engineers recommendations
Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and have experience in an Operational/Management role and be able to improve and develop the systems that are already in place.
You will also have a full UK driving licence with own transport to get to the Chessington based office. If you are local to Chessington, this would be a distinct advantage.
The role would suit someone with a technical mind, as you will be exposed to data sheets and product specifications. Experience in Xero Finance package would also be an advantage but again, training will be provided.
