I am recruiting for an Operations Clerk.
This role is to support Customer Service of the Partsflow Operation.
Duties include:
- Responding to customer queries by email and telephone
- Work on computer tracking system ( delivery details )
- Create and Provide daily reports as applicable
- Control of the vehicle key process and management of database
- Support general ad-hoc requests from management
Candidates should be a team player and ideally have some operational or customer service experience.
Must be able to work on own initiative and be a good communicator.
Candidates will need to be computer literate with Microsoft Packages including Excel.
Monday – Friday 09.00am – 17.00pm- 37.5 hours per week
