Job description
Candidate would be required to working 50% time in Coventry office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering operational services critical to the success of Home Ownership initiatives.
- Supporting the wider business and Mortgage Administrator to ensure alignment with Homes England policies, frameworks, and values. Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to provide comprehensive support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Person specification
Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders in Home Ownership, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.
You will be comfortable prioritising your own workload and capable of working autonomously.
You will have the opportunity to participate in activities and discussions to help implement new processes, so you will be able to make a real difference to ways of working.
