Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity! Our law firm client is seeking an Operations Assistant to join their London office on a temporary basis - for around 4-6 weeks.
For this role, you will support the Operations Team with the day-to-day functioning of the office. This will include, liaising with contractors and building management, assisting with the reception and front desk (including managing the switchboard and operations inbox), setting up new joiners, managing internal and external meetings and organising events, as well as ad hoc administration duties.
This role has a hybrid policy of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience gained from a law firm or professional services environment and will be available immediately.
