A creative and dynamic organisation based in Central London, are looking for a top-class Facilities and Operations Coordinator to join their thriving team! Based in beautiful offices, you will join a collaborative team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities.
Day to day, you will be based on the Front of House, greeting guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment. With a blend of FOH responsibilities and operational tasks, you'll manage meeting rooms, oversee IT support, and handle facilities and health & safety-related duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Being the friendly face of the business, acting as primary point of contact
- Manage meeting rooms and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle basic IT support, ensuring hardware and software issues are addressed efficiently.
- Coordinate facilities maintenance and improvements, from scheduling contractors to overseeing projects.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations across all facilities.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement changes and improvements.
- Manage operations service contracts and budgets efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide operational support as required.
- At least 2 years’ experience in an operations/ Facilities management capacity.
- Strong IT skills, including Level 1 support and basic troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with change and adaptable to fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders.
- H&S qualifications or relevant experience preferred.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Positive, bubbly attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment.
