Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester to recruit for an Operations Finance Manager on a 6 month contract (fixed term or day rate).
As an Operations Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial excellence within our operations.
Responsibilities
- Business partnering with the operations team to drive financial performance.
- Liaise with budget holders to control and challenge overhead spending.
- Support investment appraisals to enhance business decision-making.
- Monthly reporting and forecasting to provide valuable insights.
- Manage P&L and budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Ensure adherence to all group controls and financial policies.
About you
- ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others positively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
