We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a growing software business who have worked with some of the largest companies in the world. In this role you will develop and maintain internal processes, including customer journey, service and product delivery. You will maintain a 360 view of all activities in progress and planning, as well as developing suitable methods to keep records and reports.
This role will be hybrid with 1 or 2 days a week attending the office.
The role responsibilities:
- Manage contractual activities with appropriate resources required to meet.
- Ad-hoc project management.
- Produce reports based on client feedback.
- Act as an escalation point for sensitive or complex matter for clients.
- Process management –Ensure they met exiting & new governance criteria, identfiy any gaps and develop further process creation.
- Lead the implementation of ISO 9001.
- Manage, update and report the Risk Register.
- Oversee effective contract management and compliance customer journey.
- Activity reporting to the board level and town hall reporting.
- Follow C-suit directive for key priorities.
- Arrange management of a sustainability & social value strategy.
- Effectively allocate work while responding to client or business needs.
- Monitor overall utilisation and ensure downtime and upskilling.
- GDPR lead and named person.
- Report and support HR activities within existing and future processes.
- Daily reporting on the status of any active project escalation of any risks for delivery.
The person we’re looking for:
- Previous Commercial or Operations experience
- Strategic thinker able to gain context and 360 of a situation quickly
- Sensitivity to introducing changes
- Effectively enable others to create their personal development plan within the company setting and identify risks and prioritise effectively
- Creating new and maintaining existing processes, with respect to adopt existing processes to meet new criteria set by clients or accreditation standards.
- Risk management in processes that support internal systems and service delivery
- Awareness of sustainability and net zero agenda
- Experience of B2B engagement
- Tender creation and submission
