The Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa is a 146-Bedroom hotel, and we are looking to recruit a full-timeOperations Manager who wants to move forward in their career.

As Operations Manager, you will be required to:

• Support all aspects of running a hotel.
• Manage and resolve any client disputes and complaints in a professional manner.
• Work in co-operation with other departments, developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.
• Ensure the hotel complies with regards to Health & Safety, Employment and Licensing

The successful candidate will have previous management experience in a 100+ bedroom Hotel, be customer service satisfaction focused, and able to adapt and prioritise to different situations. Experience of building an efficient, trained team of staff is desirable, along with demonstrating a hands-on approach, with excellent organisational skills.
