Christ’s Hospital has an excellent opportunity for a newly created role of Operations Manager. This is an agile role to support the Director of Operations. Our support services sit at the heart of Christ’s Hospital and are vital to its success. The Operations Manager will oversee a range of the School’s support functions and projects as required by the Director of Operations. Currently the role will be overseeing the Security, Housekeeping, Wardrobe and Laundry operation.
You will have previous experience in a similar role in estates/facilities management. You will have proven experience of managing large teams and be able to develop good relations with the staff and wider school community. You will be confident in managing budgets and implementing / managing digital and data initiatives. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise.
