A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar first/second jobber with an interest in operations and business support, who is well-presented, proactive and switched-on to work for an exciting consultancy based in central London.
The Role
Maintain the CRM, generate reports and maintain SharePoint
Support in the creation of operational processes
Presentation prep
Event organisation both internal and external
Support the Ops team with light office management
Support across HR processes
Maintain company databases, improving efficiencies
Ops team admin support
Liaising with our IT supplier to resolve issues
Support with onboarding new starters
Ad hoc support duties as required
The Candidate
A self-starter who is proactive and, on the ball,
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
Able to solve problems independently
Comes with:
Salary up to £30k, great benefits and hybrid working (2 days in office)
