Marc Daniels are recruiting an OTC Manager to join a well-known automotive company based in Bracknell. This is a new role to lead and develop a team operating across Europe and is a great opportunity to join a well-established company and make a large impact.
This company has flexible working hours, very hybrid working and an early finish on Fridays.

Responsibilities:
- Lead team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the O2C processes.
- Manage relationship with outsourced shared service provider to ensure effective performance.
- Ensure processes are managed and completed within issued deadlines and to a high standard.
- Oversee the O2C process performance. Develop, maintain and monitor a set of Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of the O2C processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement key reports to support the business.
- Own the European O2C end to end process to align within the wider strategic direction.
- Develop and implement Pan E processes that are consistent, efficient and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Ensure optimal use and adoption of technologies and automation. Maintain knowledge of external developments in the O2C process area to ensure up to date understanding of industry best practice and regulation changes.
- Serve as the European champion for O2C by partnering with regional leadership in Business, Finance, IS and other stakeholders to promote O2C objectives and to resolve issues and non-compliance.
- Contribute towards the constant improvement in the quality and accuracy of the finance systems and the finance master data to ensure uninterrupted business continuity.
- Provide process expertise and guidance to support project development.
- Co-ordinate preparation of required materials to meet SOX and Internal Audit requirements.
- Relationship Management
- Work closely with Finance, IS, Shared Services and other business stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are understood and meet business needs.
- Act as key stakeholder to assess the impact of business change on the O2C processes. Provide guidance and insight to business and project teams to ensure change impact is understood and change is smoothly implemented.
- Influence operational stakeholders and key leaders to drive O2C process improvements throughout the business.
- Lead the Pan E O2C team and direct the work of the O2C offshore Shared Services teams.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a O2C Process owner within a large multinational business.
- Strong leadership and management skills coupled with full commitment to results achievement & accountability.
- Experience of Shared Services Centre or related contact centre operations.
- Leadership responsibility managing teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus with highly consultative approach.
