A rare opening within a highly sought-after, prestigious Chartered Accountancy Firm for a new Personal Assistant to join their ranks; this role offers the successful candidate the chance to further their business support career in the Consultancy sector, working with and learning from the best.
The Role:
As the new PA, you will be supporting three directors, working for a small Chartered Accountancy based in the West End.
The culture is friendly, professional, and social, working in an open-plan environment. Within your new Personal Assistant role, you will:
- Support 3 down-to-earth directors, focusing on diary management, inbox management, organising travel (mainly national), booking appointments and speaking to their clients.
The Role:
- This is the only support role in the firm, so they need this person to be the "go to" person in the firm.
- They have outsourced their HR currently, but there will be some admin support required for that - holidays/payroll.
- The role will involve projects in the future e. looking into their benefits scheme, finding suppliers/getting quotes, updating the website.
About You:
- The firm are seeking an individual with Team Assistant or PA experience, ideally with a small firm where you are used to mucking in at all levels. A
- steady CV is essential.
- Communication skills are key.
The Offer:
Within this PA role, you will receive:
- Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
- Leading salary of up to £35,000
- Hours 9 - 5 flexible or 9 - 5 or 8 - 4
- Private medical and discretionary bonus.
