SalaryMy client is a wonderful, family run Agency based in Battersea. They are looking for a super PA and Office Manager to hit the ground running and provide exceptional support to the Founder and her husband. This is a business focused role with some ad hoc private support too.
You will provide admin support across the business, getting involved in HR, Events and possibly some Marketing duties too – it is a varied and meaty role!
This role is office-based with Fridays working from home.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced PA / EA, always 10 steps ahead of the principal and a very strong communicator – both spoken and written English.
They will also be:
- Intuitive
- Emotionally intelligence
- Proactive
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary management
- Gatekeeping
- Event organising
- Overseeing office health and safety procedures
- Organising team training sessions
- Maintain HR records
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
