Responsibilities
As a Commercial Accountant, you will join a large team where each person specialises in a different aspects of financial reporting & activity, buttogether each team ensure the continued success of this business.
Provide weekly and monthly commercial reporting and robustanalysis of the business, to help create revenue growth and margin enhancements.
Duties include;
· Provideweekly & monthly sales and margin analysis, commentaries and KPI summaries.
· Provideexpertise & support in the use of reporting systems – Olik and MicrosoftNavision.
· Providedata to help commercial teams to drive revenue growth and margin improvementsthrough evaluation of business opportunities.
· Supportthe sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
· Driveimprovements, standardisations, and commercial processes to maximise efficiencyand quality of data.
· Evaluatepromotional plans and performance monitoring.
· Supportwith inflation recovery analysis.
· SupportSKU rationalisation.
Other financial functions such as VAT, PAYE, Purchase Ledger,Accounts Receivable, Management Accounts and Supply Chain
Reporting are allhandled by other finance colleagues.
This job is focused on sales & margin reporting, analysis and processimprovements.

Requirements
· Part-Qualifiedaccountant (or qualified by experience) with at least 2 years relevantexperience working in a commercial setting.
· Experiencein a manufacturing environment would be a big advantage.
· Strongfinancial modelling skills including use of pivot tables and manipulation ofdata.
· Structured,organised and with good communication skills, able to communicate at alllevels.
· Abilityto multitask, prioritise and cope with conflicting demands and deadlines.
· Experienceworking with Navision system or Qlik.
· Experiencein providing commercial analysis and business evaluation opportunities.
