Part-Time Accounts Payable Administrator

JBD Recruitment are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Accounts Payable Administrator to join their thriving office based in Petts Wood, Orpington. This is a varied role, supporting all aspects of Accounts for the busy temp desk.

The role includes:

Processing time sheets, invoices and payments

Managing weekly payroll process

Dealing with all payroll queries

Management of static data

General admin and supporting the office as required

Required Skills

Excellent outlook,word and excel knowledge.

Finance experience

Team player

Flexible and dedicated approach to work

High attention to detail and accuracy

Willingness to learn and be able to multi task

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

This is a part time Office based role - working days Monday Thursday and Friday 9 till 5 (3 / 4 days a week).

Salary dependant on experience.
