PLEASE NOTE: The Salary will be adjusted to the part time hours.
Our client is a growing SMECybersecurity company that has been operating for nearly 20 years and is now going through a growth period and some international expansion.
They are looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join their business and take ownership of all things finance related. As well as working with external Auditors and Accountancy firm at Year End and Month End, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Working on XERO (MUST HAVE)
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Weekly and ad-hoc cash-flow forecasting
- Analysis on commentary on monthly accounting and reports
- Trial Balance
- Day to day Invoicing
- Credit Control
- Produce ad-hoc reports
- Commission calculations and payments
- Be main point of contact for any financial issues
This role will report to and work closely with the CEO. You will be someone that is detailed and enjoys being part of a busy growing business. Can be 3 days a week or 5 days working shorter hours.
This role will be remote working but with regular contact with the Management team.
Great communication and presentation skills are needed . Looking for someone to start in this role ASAP.
