Part-time Business Administrator

Permanent, Part time - 20 hours

Based in Stratford Upon Avon

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are expanding their coordination team. This is a part-time role where you will be working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 1pm, and Thursday 1pm - 5pm, total of 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Dealing with quotations, orders and shipping of goods
• Providing clients with excellent customer service, over the phone and on email
• Creating invoices and sending them out
• Liaising with the production team and relaying timescales to customer
• Handling import and export
• Dealing with any customs issues that arise
• Providing reports within timescales

Knowledge/Skills required:

• Previous administration experience
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Comfortable with technical products
• Strong attention to detail
