POSITION SUMMARY
To assist the Multi-property Human Resources Manager in maintaining positive internal and external relationships with both associates and managers and provide a consistent high standard of administration and non administration support to the Human Resources Department to support achievement of the business goals and strategies.
The Human Resources Coordinator is the first point of contact for all general queries and is expected to work with the Multi-property Human Resources Manager to build relationships and provide support to all associates and managers within the hotel.
You will have responsibility for various general administrative duties within the Human Resources team in areas including recruitment, training, payroll, associate relations and information system access.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
