We are looking for an energetic Office Administrator to join our team at our offices in Gloucester.
Due to expansion, we are looking for a great communicator with a friendly and outgoing nature to join our growing team who has a passion to provide supportive administrative assistance within the organisation. A positive and proactive manner when engaging with customers and the Team in a personable, professional manner is a must.

16 hours a week Mon-Thurs. Due to the nature of the role, some occasional outside of normal hours may be required.

Main Duties
Looking after and supporting our customers & fellow team members
Processing of sales orders and invoicing
Responding to requests for assistance in an effective and swift manner
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Checking data accuracy in orders, pricing, and invoices
Ensuring customers get regular updates
Contact with customers & suppliers dealing with telephone & email enquiries and order enquiries
Contribute to daily service meetings addressing current incidents and planned tasks
Contribute to regular organisation strategy meetings
Essential Skills & Experience
Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong customer focus
Experience using Xero software or similar
MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook skills are essential
Working knowledge of OneDrive / SharePoint is appreciated
Experience of working as part of a collaborative team
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required however office administration experience is essential for you to get to grips with the role.
