A charming retired Founder and Chairman of a highly successful and prestigious company is looking for an exceptional part-time PA to help with his active, varied, and interesting business and personal life.
Trust is pivotal to the role as you will have exposure to his many complex business interests including investments, property, and family life.
The role is based in the Principal’s stunning Highgate home, with the opportunity to work from your home when he is away.
Hours: Ideally, 1000 - 1300, 4 days a week - but some flexibility is available for the right person.

The Role:
- Diary and meeting management
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Calendar and email management
- Finance - paying invoices, expenses, liaising with accountants
- Drafting and writing emails, letters, documents
- Office administration – digitising the office
- Personal organisation: restaurants, property, holidays
The Candidate:
- Graduate or graduate calibre
- 5 years + PA experience
- Highly organised with high attention to detail
- Confident self-starter and independent thinker with loads of initiative
- Capacity to think on your feet and be one step ahead is key
- Discretion is paramount
- Must be IT savvy - embrace a paper-free office
