Contract Type - Temporary
Start - ASAP
Duration - Initially for the 3 months
Hours - Part Time 28 hours per week
Pay - £15.50ph + holiday pay PAYE
Location - Cardiff
Main Duties of the Personal Assistant:
* Provide PA support in the form of organising meetings and travel
* Diary management of team
* Updating CRM with member details
* Taking minutes of meetings
Experience Required of the Personal Assistant:
* Experience working as a Team Administrator / Personal Assistant
* Experience of minute taking
* Ideally experience of working for a not for profit organisation
* Excellent communication skills
