Receptionist
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and a friendly demeanour to create a welcoming environment for customers
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors with a positive attitude
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
-Taking customer payments
- Utilise computerised systems including e-mail
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in clerical duties and data entry
- Familiarity with computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Minimum of 16 Hrs per week Monday-Friday plus holiday cover required including some weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
