Our brand-new Porsche Centre in Newport is looking to appoint an outgoing Receptionist with a can-do attitude to greet and host customers visiting our facility. You will assist a variety of customers, both in person and over the phone, who will be enquiring in reference to Sales, Service and Parts.

Key Responsibilities:
- To answer the telephone politely and efficiently.
- To deal with enquiries, taking messages or redirecting calls as appropriate.
- To provide a friendly and helpful reception experience at all times.
- Greet customers, notify the Sales, Service or Parts departments of their arrival, and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
- To assist in any other administrative or stocking duties as required.
- To ensure displays and refreshment areas are kept clean, fully stocked and orderly.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of working in a retail or hospitality environment in a customer facing role for at least one year.
- Confident, professional, smart in appearance.
- Basic IT and computer systems experience would be beneficial to this role.

Our Centre has relocated from our location in Cardiff, which was open for over 20 years. Dick Lovett have been pleased to sell and service Porsche models to customers in Wales since 2003, and we are excited for the new opportunities that will come with the move.
