```Duties```
PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS FOR EVERY OTHER SUNDAY ONLY WITH OCCASIONAL SICKNESS/HOLIDAY COVER
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and take bookings
- Provide information to callers and customers regarding company products, services, and policies
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Receive packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and venue with light cleaning duties
```Requirements```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, training for our own system provided
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
