Snowflake is experiencing exponential growth, and we are expanding our EMEA Data Cloud Product Partner team. The Data Cloud Product Partners are a mix of applications (ISVs, OEMs, SaaS) & Data providers. We’re hiring a Partner Development Manager to drive partners' success in building scalable, go-to-market programmes to generate new logos, consumption and data sharing relationships. Data Cloud Product Partners build offerings Powered by Snowflake and is a strategic initiative designed to help organisations get the total value from their Snowflake investments. The Partner Development Manager will play a pivotal role in accelerating the potential of our high-growth providers across EMEA. We are looking for a builder, team player and future leader to win the hearts and minds of our Data Cloud Product Partners.
AS A PARTNER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Be accountable for the success of our Data Cloud Product Partners, measured through new logo pipeline, new customer acquisition, consumption, data sharing and co-selling with the Snowflake field.
- Engage directly with strategic customers and partners as a primary point of contact.
- Develop innovative business models that align with Snowflake and partner objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the partner executive team to build a comprehensive joint business plan.
- Collaborate with marketing, Industry and sales teams to build joint go-to-market plans, repeatable initiatives and sales strategies.
- Develop joint sales plays that effectively position partner solutions in conjunction with the core benefits of Snowflake.
- Drive sales enablement efforts around partner solutions across the Snowflake sales organisation.
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with our sales teams and stakeholders.
OUR IDEAL PARTNER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Minimum 8 -10 years of relevant sales, business development or alliances experience.
- Proven success in directly managing customer and partner relationships toward business outcomes.
- Strong business and financial acumen and an ability to forge creative solutions.
- You have demonstrated the ability to effectively collaborate across functional teams to support customer and partner success.
- An understanding of usage-based business models.
- Strong skills in multi-tasking, communication, negotiation, organisation, and teamwork.
- An ability to work independently to solve problems and deliver growth metrics.
- Strong strategic selling/business development skills.

- Snowflake runs a hybrid working model and requires teams to be in their nearest office 3-days a week. The hiring offices for this role are London or Paris.
