Payroll, Benefits and Compliance Administrator
Reed accountancy are recruiting a Payroll Administrator for a large firm based in Woolpit. You will be supporting the payroll team to ensure that all employees are paid correctly and on time.
Details:• Full time (37.5 hours) or part time• Permanent• Office based in Woolpit.• Hybrid working• Salary GBP27-32k
Key responsibilities:• Take ownership of processing multiple end to end payrolls, ensuring we pay our people accurately and on time.• Administer flexible benefits and company pensions.• Provide customer service to internal and external customers, and respond to complex, pay and benefit queries.• Work as a team member to identify process improvement and maintain data accuracy of payroll systems.• Adhere to legislative requirements when processing payroll whilst ensuring company policies are observed.
About you:• Previous experience within payroll or from a financial background.• Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and thrive with the challenge of regular deadlines.• Excellent data accuracy and numeracy skills.• A self-motivated team player with an appetite to maintain payroll related skills and competencies.• Maintain and stay abreast of changes to employment and payroll legislation via continual personal development.
