An established business out towards Stowmarket is looking for a Payroll Administrator to provide payroll support and to ensure that pay is accurately processed monthly.
This successful candidate will need to have gained payroll experience, working towards their CIPP qualification and be able to work within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work within the payroll team to collate, prepare and input data, for six monthly payrolls using the
- companies HR and Payroll software systems.
- Process end-to-end payrolls accurately and according to deadlines. Routinely including starters,
- leavers, maternity, paternity, sickness, overtime, Attachment of Earnings, pensions, and
- company vehicles.
- Administer flexible benefits such as childcare vouchers, holiday purchase, technology vouchers,
- bikes for work, private medical insurance, and car loans.
- Prepare reports and reconcile completed payrolls in preparation for final checking.
- Ensure pension contributions are uploaded and paid to pension providers on time.
- Distribute P45’s, P60’s and Auto Enrolment notifications to employees.
- Answer pay and benefit related queries from colleagues and managers and assist with e-payslip
- queries and log-ins.
