Our client are an established practice of Chartered Accountants based in central Newcastle - this is a really exciting and progressive business to be a part of in a time of growth. As a Payroll Administrator you will be part of a growing team processing end to end client payrolls. We are ideally looking for someone from a bureau, practice background but would also consider candidates who have a solid history in Payroll in a fast paced environment.
Key Duties/Tasks:
- Processing payroll end to end for a portfolio of clients
- Pensions administration
- Transferring data within excel, utilising the STAR payroll system.
- Dealing with client queries
Desirable skills and attributes:
- Must have experience within payroll, ideally client payrolls
- Understanding of UK payroll legislation and able to provide support to clients with any queries
- Adept at dealing with high volumes of payrolls and in time critical environments
