Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process end-to-end payroll for a diverse workforce.
- Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of wages, bonuses, taxes, and other deductions.
- Stay abreast of relevant payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and tax filings as required.
- Oversee the use and optimization of payroll systems, streamlining processes.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate end-to-end payroll records.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of payroll data.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role within the recruitment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax codes, and relevant employment laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using payroll software (XERO) and MS Office applications.
