Payroll Manager

Part Time, Temporary Payroll Manager (3-4 days, 6 month contract) with ADP experience, required for one of our client's business in Crew. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional payroll processing skills, we want to hear from you!

Up to GBP40,000 per annum pro rata (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the entire payroll cycle on ADP for the company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

• Weekly and Monthly Payrolls: Handle both weekly and monthly payroll runs efficiently, catering to the diverse needs of the workforce.

• Time and Attendance System Management: Regularly review and update the Time and Attendance system to reflect accurate employee data and attendance records.

• Strong System Skills: Utilise your proficiency in payroll software and systems to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Month-end and Year-end Payroll Processing: Execute comprehensive month-end and year-end payroll procedures, including reconciliations and reporting.

• HMRC Reporting: Maintain compliance with HMRC regulations by accurately preparing and submitting payroll reports as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in end-to-end payroll processing using ADP.

• Proficiency in ADP payroll software and MS Excel, with strong system skills to adapt to various platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple payrolls simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external bodies.

• Up-to-date knowledge of HMRC regulations and payroll legislation.
